Teki A is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Tecqnova, where she plays a central role in managing operations, cultivating client relationships, and advancing the company’s IT and service initiatives. Tekia brings a diverse background in language, literature, and customer service, with extensive experience in teaching, community service, and leadership roles.

Education and Certifications
Teki earned a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Language and Literature from Hawassa University and complemented her education with an Associate’s diploma in IT. Her technical skills are enhanced by certifications in Technical Support Fundamentals and Computer Networking, which have built her expertise in IT fundamentals and support. Currently, she is furthering her technical knowledge by studying QA Software Engineering ( SEDET.)

Professional Background
Teki’s career began with a strong foundation in education and community service, where she taught English and Amharic at various schools and trained U.S. Peace Corps volunteers as an Amharic language and cultural trainer. Her responsibilities included curriculum development, training facilitation, and creating educational manuals and modules. Through these roles, Teki demonstrated strengths in problem-solving, cross-cultural communication, and a dedication to client satisfaction.
